I love veggies, and I find the less preservative-filled food I eat the better I feel. I drink lots of water with lemon, and took up belly dancing three months ago. I've lost about six inches around my middle alone and some every where else too! But some of Michael Pollan...It's never easy. But some of Michael Pollan's Food Rules sound helpful -- like "You can eat all the junk food you want as long as you cook it yourself." I remember my parents getting a deep fryer and a French fry cutter and occasionally we would have French fries with a special meal. But with 5 kids, you can bet this didn't happen often. Also, "Eat only at a table."
