One of our fave ways to fix it is to cut it intoy pieces and put on a baking sheet. Sprinkle with olive oil, salt, pepper and any other spice you like (I use garlic and whatever strikes my fancy). Bake in a 400 degree oven for 45 minutes; stirring half way between. It is fabulous!!!! We are a gluten/casein free family and all love this...though I wish we could try your recipe just once...
